New York State Association of Regional Councils
The New York State Association of Regional Councils (NYSARC) is composed of ten locally created regional councils throughout New York State, dedicated to studying the needs and conditions of a region and developing and implementing strategies that enhance its member counties through intergovernmental cooperation.
