its inception in 1946, E & M Engineers and Surveyors, P.C. has
demonstrated expertise in a broad range of projects affiliated with the
fields of civil and environmental engineering and surveying.
Particular emphasis of the Firm has been in the development and
maintenance of our nation’s infrastructure, thereby assuring a safe and
comfortable environment that can be depended upon by the lives of those
affected by the projects. Our
philosophy is that a project needs the personal attention of the firm’s
experienced principles to respond to the needs of each Client, with the
understanding and technical competence expected of a professional
organization. While we are
large enough to see major projects through to completion, we are also able
to give smaller problems the same personal attention. The

endeavors to carefully study the intent of a project and provide the most
