It will be hosted at the Town of Farmington Highway Facility. (Collett Road and County Road 8.) This workshop is geared towards all levels and will run no longer than 1.5 hours. Construction Stormwater Regulations at Spring 2007 Local Government Workshop, Friday, May 11, 2007 Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) Workshop on Wednesday, April 11 at 8:00AM at Victor Village Hall, 60 East Main Street. Will be addressing how to identify outfalls for building inspectors, code enforcement officers, highway and public works workers, etc. The workshop will consist of an hour of instruction followed by an hour of fieldwork. Fieldwork will consist of examining nearby outfalls and accessing manholes. The workshop will finish between 9:30-10:00AM, depending upon the size of the group and number of questions. Fieldwork will be canceled/postponed if it rains.
