This report was prepared for the Cayuga Lake Watershed Intermunicipal Organization with funding provided by the New York State Department of State through Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund Act. Additional funding was provided through the Empire State Development Corporation, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, United States Environmental Protection Agency, Cayuga Lake National Bank, Tompkins County Department of Health and the municipal members of the Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Organization.
