Step 1: Pick one of two options
You can complete this Action Item through one of two options. You only need to do 1.
The finer details of the above options:
For #1, you have 2 options if you decide to install an EV charging station. Option 1, you can install 2 level 2 charging stations OR 1 DC Fast charging station. If you choose the Level 2 charging station, you can install 1 station with 2 charging ports, or 2 separate charging stations with 1 charging port each. The CNG fueling station has only one option. Fueling/EV charging stations can be purchased or leased. Your station does NOT need to be publicly accessible.
For #2, you must purchase/lease an on-road highway capable vehicle to meet the requirements of this action item. Qualifying alternative fuel vehicles include plug-in electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, CNG vehicles, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. This includes light duty or heavy duty vehicles. The vehicle can be new or used.
Step 2: Complete your chosen option
