Regional Rights of Way
The objective of the Study is an inventory and analysis of regional rights-of-way that are no longer being utilized for their initial intention, and identify key right-of-way corridors with the potential for future transit related use. The inventory will focus on rail and utility rights of way within the Region and recommendations will be outlined for key corridors.
